Prof.dr.ing. J.B.F. (Hans) Mulder, MScBA is directeur van Venture Informatisering Adviesgroep nv (VIAgroep). In 1996 richtte Hans Essential Action Engineers B.V. op dat organisaties aan de hand van Rapid Enterprise Design adviseert bij het ontwerpen van bedrijfsprocessen en informatiesystemen. Daarbij ondersteunt hij vanuit Meetingworks Europe bv organisaties in hun besluitvorming met behulp van Group Support Systemen. Daarnaast is hij commissaris van Five4U en Quantaris.
Hans is verbonden aan de Universiteit Antwerpen (Faculteit Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen, departement Beleidsinformatica), de Master of Informatics van de Hogeschool Utrecht, de Politieacademie en de Technische Universiteit Delft. Hij is lid van de ICT beroepen- en opleidingscommissies van de Leidse Onderwijsinstellingen (LOI).
Hans houdt zich als mediator, bindend adviseur, arbiter en deskundige frequent bezig met geschillenbeslechting op het terrein van organisatie en ICT. Hans is deskundige en mediator voor de Arrondissementsrechtbanken. Hij is gecertificeerd NMI-mediator, geregistreerd Gerechtelijk Deskundige (LRGD) en bestuurder van het Nederlands Arbitrage instituut. Hans heeft sinds 1996 meer dan 80 arbitrages, mediations, bindend adviezen en deskundigenonderzoeken uitgevoerd.
Hans behaalde de graad van doctor aan de Technische Universiteit Delft (vakgroep Informatiesystemen), zijn drs-titel (MSc.BA) aan Nijenrode Business Universiteit in 1994 en zijn ing-titel aan de Haagse Hogeschool (Sector Informatica) in 1993. Tot slot zijn meer dan 40 artikelen van Hans gepubliceerd in vakbladen en internationale tijdschriften, daarnaast is hij (mede-)auteur van de boeken Eenvoud in Complexiteit en Rapid Enterprise Design.

Prof.dr.ing. J.B.F. (Hans) Mulder, MBA is the managing director of Venture Informatisering Adviesgroep N.V. (VIAgroep), professor at the University of Antwerp, Faculty of Applied Economics, Management Information Systems Department and is a lecturer at the Utrecht University of Professional Education (Master of Informatics) and Police Academy. He received his Phd. at Delft University of Technology(Information Systems department), his Master of Science in Business Administration (MSc.BA) at Nijenrode Business Universiteit in 1994 and his Bachelor of Science in ICT at The Hague University of Professional Education (Informatics Sector) in 1993.
In 1996, Hans founded Essential Action Engineers B.V., a company which designs organizations by means of Rapid Enterprise Design. From 1998 onward, he has represented the Group Decision Support System, Meetingworks, in Europe.
In addition, as an IT expert, he is frequently involved in matters of dispute settlement in the field of IT, participating in arbitration, mediation, binding opinions, and expert reports. Where necessary, he also functions as an expert providing information to district courts. He is a certified NMI mediator, and a qualified Expert of the Court (Gerechtelijk Deskundige). Since 1996, he has been involved in over 80 cases of arbitration, mediation, binding opinion, and expert reports. Furthermore, he has published more than 40 articles in specialist journals and international magazines, and is the author of the books Rapid Enterprise Design and Eenvoud in Complexiteit.
